Preparation Instructions

TERIYAKI CHICKEN DONBURI Prep time: 5mins Cook time: 10 - 15 mins what else to get 1 ½ cups sushi rice 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsp sugar 1 onion, chopped 1 carrot, cut into thin strips 500g skinless chicken breast fillets, cut in strips Cook sushi rice according to packet directions. Once cooked stir in rice wine vinegar and sugar. Heat a dash of oil in a wok(or frying pan). Stir-fry onion and carrot over medium heat for 1 minute. Increase heat and add chicken. Stiry-fry until chicken colours. Add Wattie's Wok Creations Teriyaki Stir-fry Sauce and stir-fry a further 3-5 minutes until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.

Usage Instructions

After opening, refrigerate unused contents in a sealed non-metallic container.
